Q: How do I place an order?
A: Click any Contact button or link. A new mail message should open, copy and paste (or type out) the item(s) you are interested in and include any comments or questions and send it.

NOTE For Windows Users: Once an item is highlighted by holding the left mouse button and dragging over the selected text, pressing the Ctrl and C keys together copies while Ctrl and V pastes...and of course there's always those right click options.

Q: Do you trade?
A: Yes. Check the Annex for what I'm currently looking for. All trades are done on a book value to book value basis.

Q: How do you ship?
A: Generally, I prefer to use Priority US Mail. It's rather cheap and extremely quick. Other methods are available and I'm open to any suggestions that you may have. I've shipped all over the world, so international orders are welcome as well.

Insurance and or tracking is available at a small cost.

Q: How I do I know I can trust you?
A: I won't vouch for myself, but I have full confidence in what others would say about me whom I have dealt with in the past. E-mail for a list of references or click here for my eBay feedback record.

Q: What if I don't like what I received from you?
A: All unopened items are refundable, but postage is not. Nobody likes paying for a disappointment.

Q: Do you give volume discounts?
A: Yes, but at my discretion. It largely depends on what I have invested in the items. I also give random discounts as well as other bonuses. Again, it depends on what is being bought.

Q: What price guides do you use?
A: WizardWorld.com, ToyFare, Wizard, and Tomart Hot Wheels Price Guide.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Checks, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Billpoint, or PayPal funds. I don't accept credit cards, but with Billpoint or PayPal, can you use your credit card to furnish your account and then get the money electronically and instantly to me, so in that sense, you can use a credit card to buy things here, but not directly. See chart below.

Sorry, but as of 11/19/99 (the first time I got burned) all checks will be held until they clear (9 business days).

Q: You have an item that seems overpriced. Will you lower the price?
A: Let me know what it is and I'll fix it. I've got a lot of stuff here and it's hard to stay on top of everything.

Q: I have a question that you didn't answer here, what should I do?
A: Keep staring at this page without blinking and it'll appear. Nah, just e-mail me.

Q: If I'm in a room with no windows or doors and the only thing here is a mirror, how do I get out?
A: You look in the mirror, you see what you saw, take the saw and saw the mirror in half. Two halves make a whole [hole]. Climb through the hole.

Q: Same situation as above but all I have is a bat.
A: Swing the bat. Strike one. Again. Strike two. Once more...yep...three strikes - you're out.
